Miltary Friendly:
U.S. military and their family members attend Florida Tech’s online classrooms from wherever they’re based and enjoy special military tuition pricing, sometimes resulting in no tuition cost at all. Active-duty servicemembers (including Reservists and Guardsmen who are currently activated, mobilized or recalled to active duty) save $705 per three-credit course.
Florida Tech University Online’s standard tuition rate of $485 per credit hour is reduced to $250 per credit hour ($750 per three-credit hour course) for military servicemembers.
Spouses of active-duty servicemembers are eligible for the Military Spouse Appreciation Rate ($250 per credit hour) when seeking an undergraduate degree. Spouses of Reservists, Guardsmen, Veterans and dependents of disabled or deceased Veterans receive a special tuition rate on undergraduate tuition.
The Department of Defense’s MyCAA provides financial assistance to eligible spouses of active-duty and activated Guard and Reserve servicemembers for the purpose of education

Class Format/Schedules:
Lectures are presented through streaming video, MP3 and MP4 downloads.
Students participate in virtual discussions with fellow classmates, online chat rooms, streaming video, discussion boards and email.
Classrooms can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Students can pause, rewind and review any portion of the lectures.
